“Project Smart Payback”: Pay for Projects with Your Savings
With SmartWatt Energy’s “Project Smart Payback” you can pay for your energy project with money yielded through energy-saving strategies, so you reduce energy consumption and replace or refurbish your facilities’ systems without spending precious capital.
SmartWatt supplies all services required to determine areas for improvement. We also install, operate and maintain new or upgraded energy-efficient equipment at no charge. We are compensated by receiving a share of the cost savings your facility realizes over a given period of time. At the end of the contract, all of the upgrades and savings are yours.

- Before PSP — You pay the whole bill
- During PSP — You earn savings from energy improvements and pay SmartWatt Energy with some or all of the savings, depending on the type of project.
- After PSP — You get all the savings and benefit from decreased energy usage for the equipment’s lifetime.
